The Slide Out Effect moves an object from its reference position to outside the Movie (any corner or side).
The 'Slide Effect' dialog box is represented below. This is displayed when you first create the Slide Out Effect. It can also be displayed by double-clicking the Slide Effect in the Timeline, or right-clicking the Slide Effect and choosing 'Properties' from the context Menu.
In the example below, the object will slide out to the left.
